What To Do When You Feel Like Giving Up.

Showing up as your best self every day isn't always easy – especially when it comes to your health…

"One bite" of cake for dessert turns into devouring the whole piece once the husband goes to bed…

One glass of wine after work turns into "let's just finish the bottle"...

One extra hour of watching Netflix past your normal bedtime turns us into a lifeless zombie the next day…

(let's be honest, we've all been there)

And one missed workout turns into two, then three, then "I'll just get a fresh start next week"...

Don't think you're alone.

Even as someone who's dedicated her life to fitness and helping other women achieve their health and weight loss goals, I have my off days too and I slip up from time to time.

Nobody is perfect.

Everyone is allowed to have a bad day once in a while.

The problem most people face is letting these things become a habit.

But if your goal is to become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of yourself…

Realize that these little vices that we all have are just small-bumps that we can easily overcome.

Work on just being healthy 80% of the time to start.

Then 90%...then 95%...etc...


Set a goal to become one-percent better (and more disciplined) every single day.

Whether that's one less glass of wine, 30 minutes less of bingeing that new show, or pushing yourself just a little bit harder on your next workout…

It's really is the little things that add up to create the results we want in our life…

That goes for our health, our relationships, our careers – everything.

And in those moments when you feel like giving up because progress isn't being made as quickly as you'd like…

Remember Why You Started.

You made it your goal to lose weight, get stronger, regain your energy, increase your confidence, and to feel like yourself again…
